REFUND POLICY

We offer different return policies depending on the type of product purchased.

Nail stickers:

Vanesa Juez offers 14 natural days from the delivery date to request a refund or store credit. Please note that returns incur a cost. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with their corresponding packaging.

Ready to wear - Nail kit:

For hygiene reasons, as our products are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase via email at hola@vanesajuez.com. After 24 hours, we do not accept cancellations.

Damaged products

Defective damaged products: in the event that the client receives the contents of the package in poor condition due to its transport, he has the right to make the claim within 24 hours, by email to hola@vanesajuez.com
